One-Pan Ham Swiss Frittata (Print version)

01 - 8 large eggs
02 - 1/4 cup whole milk
03 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

06 - 1 cup chopped baby spinach
07 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 3 minutes until translucent.
03 - Add diced ham to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in chopped spinach and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking until spinach is wilted, about 1 minute.
04 - In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Stir in half of the shredded Swiss cheese.
05 - Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham and vegetables in the skillet. Top with the remaining Swiss cheese.

07 - Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the center is set and the frittata is puffed.
